Over the last decade Chil-Pak has become the preferred manufacturer and designer of modular chilled water plants for schools. In some ways it would be nice to say that this was some part of a master strategy that the Chil-Pak sales team had dreamed up, but the reality is that the vast majority of Chil-Pak‘s school projects have come as a result of being referred by another school and/or district. While the dream of master strategy sounds nice on paper, being referrable is even better. In fact, Chil-Pak has often been awarded projects as a result of other manufacturers over-promising on delivery schedule and then failing to meet deadlines. Once the client goes through the experience and capital loss of a late project they are very eager to work with a team that has a long reputation of delivering. One of the reasons that Chil-Pak shows up on time is because we seek to be extremely accurate in our delivery schedule. We do not promise a chilled water plant in “x” weeks and then show up three weeks later.
- Chil-Pak Does What They Say–There are many people in the construction world who think that all the matters is the immediate project and will do whatever it takes to get that project even if it means misleading the client. Chil-Pak never has and never will operate this way. The Chil-Pak team seeks to be a valuable team member of the design build team (engineers, contractors, etc..) by providing high quality manufactured and designed packaged chilled water plants. If Chil-Pak promises you various components in your modular chilled water plants that is exactly what you will get. Chil-Pak provides the quality and functionality that the client and engineering team have requested in the most economical way possible.
- Chil-Pak Finishes What They Start–The Chil-Pak team is committed to making sure projects are successful for the end user and design build team.
