Daniel Dominguez
CEO
Daniel Dominguez is one of the founders of Chil-Pak® and currently serves as the Senior Vice-President & CEO. Daniel leads the Chil-Pak®engineering team acting as the Chief Engineer for the modular central plant products.
Daniel also serves as the President and CEO of Flutec, LP. Daniel founded the company in 1990 and currently has more than 140 employees. Flutec, LP has been a major player in the design and construction of HVAC and mechanical systems in northern Mexico for numerous manufacturing industrial facilities.
Prior to founding Flutec, LP Daniel started his engineering career in 1979 as a Staff Design Engineer working for General Electric Nuclear Energy Division in San Jose California with the Hydraulic Systems Design Group. In 1982 Daniel Joined Southwest Engineering Associates Inc. in El Paso Texas as an Associate Design Engineer.
Daniel has over 30 years of experience in designing and integrating mechanical systems. He presently leads the R&D team for new products related to chilled water and hot water packaged central plants technology.
Daniel holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Steve Kinkel
President
Steve Kinkel is one of the founders and currently serves as the President of Chil-Pak®. As the holder of several patents, Steve has helped to revolutionize the HVAC industry. In addition to his responsibilities at Chil-Pak®, Steve also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of United Metal Products, a leading manufacturer of air handling equipment.
Steve holds professional memberships in several organizations including the American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Air Movement and Control Association, and the Evaporative Cooling Institute (ECI) where he served as the President from 1996-1998.

Peter Kinkel
Chief Operating Officer
Peter Kinkel is one of the founders and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Chil-Pak®. Prior to coming to Chil-Pak®, Peter held various positions in the HVAC industry for a leading manufacturer (United Metal Products) such as Director of Operations and Production, Director for Engineering, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Peter has over thirty years of experience in providing strategic organizational development and management expertise. He has consistently pioneered innovative strategies that have led to increased organizational effectiveness and productivity.
Peter holds professional memberships in several organizations including the Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL), Air Movement and Control Association International, American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the Evaporative Cooling Institute (ECI).
