The Mod Plus™ is a robust system that comes with redundant chilled water and condenser water pump. Mod Plus™ systems can be designed with primary secondary or variable primary flow designs from 600-6000+ tons. For facilities that need hot water the Mod Plus™ can be equipped with a boiler module if desired.
